1.2 Aluminum-Plastic Film Shredder


The Aluminum and Plastic Crusher is made of tool steel and features specially designed blades, ensuring exceptional durability. The blade installation design is adjustable and extendable, allowing for multiple resharpenings after dulling, thus extending its service life significantly. The moving blade seat is designed with a stepped shearing pattern, which effectively decomposes the cutting force, resulting in a doubling of the cutting force. They are suitable for low to medium-hardness PVC plastics, high-density PE, or other aluminum-plastic materials that have been successfully tested. Proven by practical operation in professional plastic product factories, adding 20%-30% calcium carbonate to the ground powder during the processing visit maintains the chemical and physical properties of the products at all new indicators without change, and the output can reach 300kg. Therefore, this aluminum-plastic grinding mill is an equipment that plastic product factories can use to reduce costs and save expenses, as well as to address the accumulation of waste products.


3.2 Features of Aluminum-plastic Milling Machine Equipment:


This aluminum-plastic grinding mill is a new type of mill independently developed by our factory, featuring the following characteristics:

3.3 Working Principle:


The machine's working part is the cutting disc. High-speed particles are partially crushed upon impact with the toothed plate, then extracted by suction. Larger particles continue to collide, get crushed, and are subsequently extracted. This reduces the cutting disc's load, improves the grinding efficiency, and also ensures uniform cooling of the powdered material.

The main advantage of this machine is its low temperature. By the heat equivalent: 860 kilocalories of heat are converted after working for one hour. The machine features external exhaust ventilation. The air volume reaches 50m³/KW, removing most of the heat due to the temperature difference between the intake and outlet. The requirement is that the incoming cold water temperature should not exceed 25°C, and the outgoing water temperature should not exceed 45°C. 1.4 High-voltage Electrostatic Separator


1. Production: 1-10 tons/day (varies with the quality/volume ratio of different materials)


2. Separation Materials: Various metals and plastics, or other impurities, such as aluminum-plastic, waste printed circuit boards, waste cables, ore sorting, various PET, PVC, PP, PS plastics, etc.

1.5 Pulse Jet Dust Collector


Pulse dust collectors remove dust from the filter medium (bag or cartridge) by blowing compressed air. Depending on the size of the collector, there may be several groups of pulse valves, controlled by a pulse controller or PLC. Each time, one group of pulse valves is opened to remove the dust from the bags or cartridges under its control, while the others continue normal operation. After a period, the next group of pulse valves opens to clean the next section. The collector is composed of parts such as the hopper, upper box, middle box, and lower box, with the upper, middle, and lower boxes forming separate compartments. During operation, the dusty gas enters the hopper through the inlet duct, with coarse dust particles falling directly to the bottom of the hopper. Fine dust particles, however, are carried upwards and into the middle and lower boxes by the gas flow, accumulating on the outer surface of the filter bags. The filtered gas then enters the upper box to the clean gas manifold and exhaust duct, where it is exhausted by the exhaust fan into the atmosphere. The cleaning process involves first shutting off the clean gas outlet duct of the compartment, causing the bags to be in a state without air flow (compartment stop wind cleaning). Then, the pulse valve is opened to use compressed air for pulse blowing cleaning. The closure time of the valve is sufficient to ensure that the dust detached from the filter bags after blowing settles into the hopper, preventing the dust from reattaching to the surface of adjacent bags. This ensures thorough cleaning of the bags and is controlled automatically by a programmable controller for the exhaust valve, pulse valve, and ash discharge valve, etc. The dusty gas enters through the inlet, and as it passes through the hopper, some large particles are separated out due to inertia and gravity, falling directly to the bottom of the hopper. After passing through the hopper, the dusty gas enters the filter bag filtering area of the middle box, where the gas passes through the bags, and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the bags. The purified gas then enters the upper box through the filter bag opening and is finally exhausted through the outlet.
