Ed lighting fixtures is a general term for LED lighting, referring to devices capable of transmitting, distributing, and altering the light distribution of LED light sources. This includes all necessary parts and components for securing and protecting the LED light sources, excluding the LED light sources themselves, as well as the necessary wiring accessories for power connection. As LED technology continues to mature, LEDs are expected to achieve more significant and superior developments in the design and development of residential lighting fixtures.
To sell energy products in Europe, you must pass the ERP energy efficiency test. European energy efficiency is primarily represented by the ERP requirements of the European Union. Like the LVD directive and EMC directive, the ERP directive is also incorporated into the EU's CE system. Therefore, all related products must meet ERP requirements before the CE mark can be affixed to the product label, and an institution is responsible for market supervision—this is a mandatory requirement enforced by the EU.
The EU's New Energy Efficiency Directive (EU N194/2012) and Energy Labeling Directive (No. 874/2012) have already been officially implemented. The requirement for an early failure rate (1000 hours) below 5% will be enforced with the formal implementation of ERP. Meanwhile, the lifespan and lumen depreciation tests, which now require a minimum of 6000 hours, will be enforced from March 1, 2014. Due to the extended 250-day testing period, all certifications must now be initiated immediately.

LED Lighting ERP Certification Test Items:
1. 6000-hour failure rate of 0.9 or higher, (due to the extended testing period, this requirement is effective as of March 1, 2014).
2. Maintain a luminous flux retention rate of greater than or equal to 0.8 for 6000 hours (due to the extended testing period, this requirement was implemented as of March 1, 2014).
3. Number of switch operations before failure is greater than or equal to 15,000 (rated life of 30,000 hours) or greater than or equal to one-half the rated life in hours.
4. Boot time less than 0.5 seconds.

5. Time to 95% light transmission is less than 2 seconds.
6. Early failure rate is less than or equal to 5.0% (normal lighting for 1000 hours)
7. Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 80% or higher, with CRI for outdoor or industrial use of 65% or higher.
8. Color tolerance of ±6db or less.
9. Power Factor Requirements: No power factor requirement for power less than or equal to 2W; power factor (PF) requirement greater than 0.4 for 2W to 5W; PF greater than 0.5 for 5W to 25W; PF greater than 0.9 for power over 25W.
