Product Features and Applications: This cable is suitable for connecting electrical instruments or signal transmission for appliances used in mobile or fixed installations with rated alternating voltages of 450/750V and below. It boasts excellent thermal stability, maintaining good electrical properties and flexibility in high and low temperatures, as well as in corrosive environments. Ideal for use in industries such as metallurgy, electricity, petrochemicals, and other applications with special requirements for temperature resistance and mobility.
Product Execution Standard: Q/HHTZH004.2 Flame Retardant and Fire Resistance Characteristics Test Conducted According to GB12666-90 Standard
Three: Features
1. rated voltage for communication: U0/U 450/750KV; higher working temperature: 180℃; 2. environment temperature: silicone rubber sheath: fixed installation -60℃, non-fixed installation -20℃
The installation temperature for cables should not be lower than -20℃.
4. Cable bend radius allowance: For unarmored cables, the minimum is 6 times the cable outer diameter.
Four: Basic Models and Names
KGG | Silicone-insulated and sheathed control cables |
KGGR | Silicone-insulated and sheathed control flexible cables |
KGGP | Silicone rubber insulated and sheathed copper wire braided shielded control cables |
KGGRP | Silicone rubber insulated and sheathed copper wire braid shielded control flexible cables |
KGGRP1 | Silicone rubber insulated and tinned braided shielded control flexible cables |
Note:
If you need flame-retardant silicone rubber cables, add "ZR" before the model number.
2. Silicone rubber insulated nitrile jacket cables replace silicone rubber insulated and jacketed heat-resistant control cables when dealing with multiple cores and large cross-sections. They are suitable for similar applications as silicone rubber jacketed cables, with long-term operating temperatures ranging from -60 to 105°C.
3. Copper wires in the conductor core can be tin-plated.
