1. Halogen-free, Low-smoke flame-retardant cable applications:

Halogen-free, low-smoke flame-retardant cables are suitable for fixed installations in AC power transmission and distribution lines with a voltage level of 1kV and below for power transmission purposes; these cables are mainly used in high flame-retardant requirement environments such as power plants, petrochemicals, steel mills, tunnels, paper mills, substation, and electronic computer centers.

4. Key technical performance of halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-retardant cables:

The flame-retardant performance of the finished cables complies with the requirements of IEC60332-3 standard.

(2) Halogen-free and low-smoke material specifications:

a. Leachate gas release amount (mg/g) is 0.

b. pH value ≥ 4.3.

c. Conductivity μs ≤ 10.

d. Toxicity Index ≤ 5.

(3) Halogen-free, low-smoke flame-retardant materials with an oxygen index of not less than 30.

(4) Finished cables are measured to have a light transmittance of no less than 60% according to IEC 1034 standards.
