I. Overview
Our 1ZJT series metering pumps are reciprocating pumps with a single cylinder, plunger, and eccentric shaft structure. They are used for the transportation of weakly corrosive or non-corrosive liquids without solid particles in the petrochemical, light industry, food, environmental protection, and other scientific research and production departments. The temperature range is -30 to 100°C, and the viscosity is 0.8 to 800 mm²/s. Flow rate is adjustable with a measurement accuracy of ±1%.
The 1ZJT series metering pumps are designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical specifications for metering pumps of the People's Republic of China's national standard GB9236-88, the basic parameters of metering pumps GB7782-87, and the testing methods for metering pumps GB7783-87.
The plunger seal employs stuffing box sealing, while the inlet and outlet valves utilize high-precision double ball valves. The flow sections are all made of the superior material 1Cr18Ni9Ti.
Section II: Structure
The transmission section is primarily composed of the motor and pump body 6, coupling 5, worm 11, worm gear 3, eccentric shaft 4, plunger push-pull rod 9, pressure spring 13, etc.
2. Pump Head: Comprising a plunger 14, stuffing gland cover 15, stuffing 20, stuffing cap 25, locking nut 24, cylinder body 18, suction valve 19, and discharge valve 19.
3. Comprising a stroke adjustment plunger and other components.
