I. Overview
Our 1ZJT series metering pumps are reciprocating pumps with a single cylinder, plunger, and spring eccentric shaft structure. They are used for transferring weakly corrosive or non-corrosive liquids without solid particles, with temperatures ranging from -30 to 100°C and viscosities from 0.8 to 800 mm²/s, in industries such as oil, chemicals, light industry, food, and environmental protection. Flow rate is adjustable, with a measurement accuracy of ±1%.
The 1ZJT series metering pumps are designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical specifications of the metering pumps (GB9236-88), basic parameters of metering pumps (GB7782-87), and testing methods of metering pumps (GB7783-87) as set by the People's Republic of China.
The plunger seal employs stuffing box sealing, the inlet and outlet valves use high-precision double ball valves, and the flowing sections are all made of the excellent material 1Cr18Ni9Ti.
II. Structure:
The transmission part is mainly composed of the motor and pump housing 6, shaft coupling 5, worm 11, worm gear 11, eccentric shaft 3, plunger push-pull rod 4, pressure spring 9, and 13, etc.
2. Pump Head: Comprised mainly of plunger 14, packing cover 15, packing 20, packing cap 25, locking nut 24, cylinder body 18, suction valve 19, and discharge valve 19.
3. Comprising an intake stroke adjustment rod and other components.
