I. Overview
The turntable wheel of the rotary kiln should be installed parallel to the kiln body centerline. The kiln body is inclined, and under its own weight, there is a tendency to slide down. A hydraulic thrust wheel hydraulic station is used to force the kiln body to rise and descend at a predetermined speed (usually about 2-3mm/h), ensuring even contact and wear between the belt and the wheel, while reducing the workload for wheel adjustment. When the normal up and down travel of the hydraulic wheel reaches 15mm, an alarm signal should be issued. When the up and down travel reaches the extreme limit (±30mm), the power supply to the main motor should be immediately stopped. Minor adjustments of ±1-2mm to the control travel can be made by adjusting the position of the limit switch.
