Usage

1. Basic Requirements:

If there are wider cracks or defects in the concrete, they must be repaired first. Clean off any adhering oil stains and contaminants, weathered materials, algae, and moss. Sand down to remove surface laitence, ensuring the base is solid and level for Z4-XF absorption.

Color Matching

First, mix the color difference corrector thoroughly and pour out 500 grams into a wide-mouth container. Then, add 5-10 drops of black color paste (depending on the depth of the base color), and gradually observe the color change until it is roughly consistent with the base color. Next, add 10-20 drops of yellow color paste (depending on the depth of the base color), and continuously monitor the color changes. Adjust the color until it matches the base color. Due to some concrete bases being slightly red, add 2-5 drops of red color paste as needed for fine-tuning. Once the sample is adjusted, mix the entire bucket of color difference corrector according to the sample ratio and proceed with the application.

Construction:

Firstly, focus on treating areas with fine cracks and obvious defects. If the surface condition is poor, you can adjust the color slightly darker and first spray a coat over the entire surface.

Once completely dry, proceed with the overall painting of the Z4-XF, ensuring it is thin and even to achieve a consistent color appearance.

The number of coats can be adjusted according to the site requirements; if the base condition is good, one coat is sufficient, and it can be put into use after 3 days of drying and maintenance.

Four: Appearance, Packaging, Dosage, Storage

Appearance: The main agent is a white creamy consistency.

Packaging: 20 kg per drum, color paste in dropper bottles.

3. Usage: 6-8㎡/kg, the specific amount required should be determined based on the condition of the site's base surface.

4. Storage and Transportation: Store between 2-40°C, keep in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight exposure, shelf life of 12 months.
