Xianghuan Concrete Reinforcement Agent Features: This product is a modified synthetic resin water-based spray material scientifically formulated with imported synthetic resins and various modified additives, featuring wear resistance, natural color enhancement, natural hardening, natural bonding, and no change to the original base color. It forms a dense crystalline structure through a chemical reaction with concrete渗透 (depth 3~8mm), preventing moisture and oil stains from penetrating into the concrete, providing excellent rust prevention for reinforced concrete, and extending the lifespan of the concrete. It effectively improves the ground's wear resistance and hardness, prevents sanding, and can increase the compressive strength of concrete by 10~40%. Applications: Mainly used for reinforcing and repairing concrete sanding in garages, factory warehouses, bridges, and various venues, to enhance the wear resistance of the ground. It can also be directly applied to the surface of reinforced concrete as a rust inhibitor for reinforced concrete. Application Method: 1. Thoroughly mix the Z2-T Concrete Reinforcement Agent before use; 2. Keep the concrete surface clean and dry; sandpaper should be used if the surface has high density or oil stains; 3. It is recommended to use a long-fiber roller to apply the Z2-T Concrete Reinforcement Agent, applying it continuously and repeatedly until the base is no longer permeable and the surface is fully moistened. Allow to sit for 5-6 hours, then apply a second coat using the same method until no more penetration occurs. After another 5-6 hours, apply the next coat, and repeat this process. It is recommended to apply six coats, with each coat separated by 5-6 hours, and ensure each coat is applied thoroughly until no more penetration occurs; 4. Conduct rebound testing two days after the final coat is applied, and effects should be visible around 5 days, during which no watering or rain should occur; 5. The construction environment temperature should be between 0-40℃, with the common temperature being between 10-30℃; 6. Clean tools with clear water as soon as possible after use. Tip: If used excessively, a small amount of white powdery substance may precipitate after drying, which can be wiped away with a clean rag without affecting appearance. Storage: Store at temperatures above 5℃, protect from direct sunlight and freezing, and the shelf life is 6 months. Sedimentation and stratification may occur during storage, but it does not affect normal use; stir before use.
