Before the blowing oxygen tube is subjected to spraying (throwing) treatment, cleaning methods are employed to remove grease and sediment from the surface of the blowing oxygen tube. The tube is then preheated in a furnace to between 40-60°C to maintain a dry surface. During the spraying (throwing) process, the absence of grease and other contaminants on the surface of the blowing oxygen tube enhances the rust removal effect. The dry surface of the blowing oxygen tube also facilitates the separation of steel shot, steel sand, rust, and oxide scale, resulting in a cleaner surface after rust removal. To prevent corrosion, some tubes undergo aluminum infiltration treatment.
