They are manufactured from steel strips such as 08, 10, 15, 20, or Q195-Q235. Some are treated with aluminum infiltration to prevent corrosion. The aluminum-infiltrated refractory coating oxygen blowing tubes (PS series) consist of five layers: matrix, internal aluminum-infiltrated layer, external aluminum-infiltrated layer, internal coating, and external coating. Developed based on the S series, they meet the practical needs of electric arc furnace steelmaking with high refractoriness, low consumption, and easy operation.

A dry Oxygen吹管 surface also facilitates the separation of steel shots, steel sand, rust, and oxidation scale, resulting in a cleaner surface after rust removal.
