Oxygen lance tubes are cleaned to remove grease and scale prior to spray (shot) treatment, ensuring the surface is dried by preheating the tube body in a furnace to 40-60°C. This process enhances rust removal effectiveness, as the clean, dry surface of the oxygen lance tube aids in the separation of steel shots, steel sand, rust, and oxide scales, resulting in a cleaner finish. To prevent corrosion, some are treated with aluminum diffusion. The aluminum diffusion refractory oxygen lance tubes (PS series) consist of five layers: matrix, internal aluminum diffusion layer, external aluminum diffusion layer, internal coating, and external coating. Developed based on the S series, these tubes meet the practical needs of electric arc furnace steelmaking with high refractoriness, low consumption, and easy operation. Additionally, the company maintains a year-round stock of oxygen lance tubes in sizes of 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch, 4 meters, and 6 meters, and can produce special specification coated oxygen lance tubes and non-standard oxygen lance tubes according to customer requirements.
