They are manufactured from steel strips such as 08, 10, 15, 20, or Q195-Q235. To prevent corrosion, some are treated with aluminum diffusion. The aluminum diffusion refractory coated blow oxygen tubes (PS series) consist of five layers: matrix, inner aluminum diffusion layer, outer aluminum diffusion layer, inner coating, and outer coating. Developed based on the S series, they combine the practical needs of electric arc furnace steelmaking, featuring high refractoriness, low consumption, and ease of operation.
