Technical Description:

Welding Process

The entire rod should be free of any cracks, leaks, continuous pores, burrs, etc., with smooth and even welds, no irregularities or unevenness, and no welding defects. A welding flaw detection report must be provided.

2. Appliance Door

Electric door is cut with plasma cutting.

b. The electrical door and light body are seamlessly integrated, without any welded protrusions at the door opening, ensuring high structural strength.

c. Features reasonable operational space; electrical installation accessories included inside the door.

d. The gap between the door and rod should not exceed 1mm, and it should have good waterproof performance.

e. Equipped with a specialized fastening system and excellent anti-theft features, the fixed bolts are opened with a non-standard tool.

f. Electric doors should have high interchangeability, with a reasonable operating space inside, and provide 3% of electric door accessories

g. A securely welded M8x30 bolt is visible in the lower left corner inside the lamp pole's working door. It is hot-dip galvanized together with the lamp pole for connecting the cable's PE wire.

3. Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process

The inner and outer surfaces should be treated with hot-dip acid to prevent corrosion, with a thickness of ≥75um, meeting the GB/T 13912-92 standard. The design lifespan should not be less than 30 years. The galvanized surface should be smooth and aesthetically pleasing, with a consistent color. After the hammering test, it should not peel or flake off. A galvanized testing report is provided.

4. Powder Coating Technique

Outdoor high-purity polyester powder should be used for electrostatic spraying, with the color being white (subject to customer requirements). The plastic layer maintains stable quality, resists fading and peeling, and has excellent adhesion. It is resistant to strong sunlight and UV rays, suitable for lakefront cities and key saline areas. The designed lifespan exceeds 30 years, with a thickness of ≥80um, meeting ASTMD3359-83 standards. Spraying inspection reports are provided. Protection requirements for electrostatic spraying: film thickness not less than 40um, strong adhesion, no flaking, and even surface finish with consistent color.

5. Design Capabilities

Provide a load calculation report for the pole body, based on the pole design drawing, as per the wind speed tolerance requirements.

b. The shaped steel used for the rod body must meet the relevant Chinese standards in terms of strength and surface structure.

Seal the lamp post to prevent moisture from entering.

6. Verticality Inspection

After the lamp post is erected by the street light manufacturer, a theodolite is used to check the verticality between the lamp post and the horizontal, which should be less than or equal to 0.2%.

7. Rod Appearance

The design and dimensions meet the requirements, with an overall elegant and generous appearance. The rod surface is smooth and consistent, with even coloration. The galvanized layer is smooth and flat, and the powder coating has strong adhesion without peeling off.

8. All fixed bolts and nuts are made of stainless steel (except for anchor bolts and nuts).

9. The internal cable routing channel of the lamp post is unobstructed, easy to thread cables through, and free of sharp edges, burrs, teeth, and similar conditions to prevent damage to the cables.

10. Poles meet lightning protection and grounding requirements; 2. Environmental temperature: -15 to 50 degrees Celsius; wind speed: 60 m/s; seismic resistance: 8; corrosion resistance: 30 years.

Categories and Application Scope:

Monitored poles, also known as camera light poles, are typically categorized into Y, T, and R types. Specific specifications can be customized according to customer requirements. Signal poles are commonly made from high-quality steel plates, processed into an octagonal or hexagonal shape using a large bending machine, or assembled and welded from rectangular tubes. The surface is treated with hot-dipped galvanizing for corrosion resistance and then powder-coated. Suitable for urban roads, expressways, elevated bridge intersections, or T-junctions.

1. Basic Structure: Traffic road signal poles and sign posts should be composed of upright posts, connecting flanges, shaped support arms, mounting flanges, and pre-buried steel structures.

2. The upright or transverse arm is made of straight seam steel pipe or seamless steel pipe; the connection end of the upright and transverse arm uses steel pipe identical to the transverse arm, with a welding reinforcement plate for protection; the upright is connected to the foundation with a flange and pre-buried bolt, with a welding reinforcement plate for protection; the connection method between the transverse arm and the upright end is a flange connection, with a welding reinforcement plate for protection.

3. All welding joints of the upright posts and their main components must meet the standard requirements, with a smooth and even surface, ensuring flat, smooth, and reliable welds without any defects such as air holes, slag, cold joints, or open joints.

4. The upright poles and their main components are equipped with lightning protection. The non-electric metallic parts of the lighting fixtures form an integral unit, connected to the grounding wire via grounding bolts on the housing.

5. The uprights and their main components should be equipped with a reliable grounding device, with the grounding resistance ≤ 10 ohms.

6. Wind Resistance: 45 kg/m²/h.

7. Surface Treatment: Pickling and phosphating followed by hot-dipped galvanized coating and powder painting.
