Technical Description:
Welding Technique
The entire rod should be free of any cracks, leaks, continuous pores, edge chipping, etc., with smooth and even weld seams, no bumps or undulations, and no welding defects. A welding flaw detection report must be provided.
2. Electrical Door
The electrical door is cut using plasma cutting.
b. The electrical door seamlessly integrates with the lamp housing, with no welded projections at the door opening, ensuring high structural integrity.
c. Features reasonable operating space; electrical installation accessories are included inside the door.
d. The gap between the door and the rod should not exceed 1 millimeter, and it should have good waterproof performance.
e. Equipped with a specialized fastening system, offering excellent anti-theft features; the fixing bolts are locked with a non-standard tool that is not universally available.
f. Electric doors should have high interchangeability, with reasonable operating space inside, and provide 3% of electric door accessories.
g. A M8x30 bolt is securely welded in the lower left corner of the lamp pole's working door, which is heat-dipped galvanized together with the lamp pole, for connecting the cable's PE wire.
3. Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process
The inner and outer surfaces should be treated with hot-dipped acid to prevent corrosion, with a thickness of ≥75um, in compliance with GB/T13912-92 standards. The design lifespan should not be less than 30 years. The galvanized surface should be smooth and aesthetically pleasing, with a consistent color. After the hammering test, it should not peel or flake off. A galvanized testing report is provided.
4. Powder Coating Process
Outdoor high-purity polyester powder should be used for powder coating, with white color (subject to customer's request). The plastic layer maintains stable quality, resists fading and peeling. It has strong adhesion, withstands intense ultraviolet rays, and is suitable for cities along lakes and key saline areas. The designed lifespan is over 30 years, with a thickness of ≥80um, meeting the ASTM D3359-83 standard. Powder coating inspection reports are provided. Powder coating protection requirements: film thickness not less than 40um, strong adhesion, no flaking, and no peeling. The surface is flat and smooth with consistent color.
5. Design Capabilities
a. Provide a load calculation report for the pole body, based on the pole design drawing and corresponding wind speed requirements.
b. The forming square steel used for the rod body must meet the national standards for strength and surface structure.
Seal the lamp post to prevent moisture intrusion.
6. Verticality inspection
After the lamp post is erected by the street light manufacturer, a theodolite is used to check the verticality between the lamp post and the horizontal plane, which should be less than or equal to 0.2%.
7. Rod Appearance
The design and dimensions meet the requirements, with an overall elegant and generous appearance. The rod surface is smooth and consistent, with even coloration. The galvanized layer is smooth and flat, and the powder coating has strong adhesion without peeling off.
8. All fixed bolts, nuts, and the like are made of stainless steel (except for anchor bolts and nuts).
9. The cable passage inside the pole is unobstructed, easy to thread cables through, and free of sharp edges, burrs, teeth, or similar features to prevent damage to the cable.
10. The lamp post meets lightning protection and grounding requirements. 2. Environmental temperature: -15 to 50 degrees Celsius; wind speed: 60 m/s; seismic resistance: 8; corrosion resistance: 30 years.
Categories and Applicable Scope:
Monitored poles, also known as camera lighting poles, are generally categorized into Y-type, T-type, and R-type. Specific specifications can be customized according to customer requirements. Signal poles are commonly made from high-quality steel plates, processed into an octagonal or hexagonal shape using large bending machines, or assembled and welded from rectangular tubes. The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion resistance and coated with plastic for the outer surface. Suitable for urban roads, expressways, elevated bridge intersections, or T-intersections.
1. Basic Structure: Traffic signal poles and sign posts should be composed of upright posts, connecting flanges, shaped support arms, mounting flanges, and pre-buried steel structures.
2. The upright or cross arm is made of straight seam steel pipe or seamless steel pipe; the connection end of the upright to the cross arm uses steel pipe identical to the cross arm, protected with a welding reinforcing plate; the upright is connected to the foundation with a flange and pre-buried bolt, protected with a welding reinforcing plate; the connection method between the cross arm and the upright end uses a flange connection, with additional protection by a welding reinforcing plate.
3. All welds on the upright and its main components must meet the standard requirements, with a smooth and even surface, ensuring flat, smooth, and reliable welding without any defects such as air pockets, slag, cold joints, or incomplete welds.
4. The uprights and their main components are equipped with lightning protection. The non-electric metal parts of the lighting fixtures form an integral unit, connected to the grounding wire through grounding bolts on the housing.
5. The upright poles and their main components should be equipped with a reliable grounding device, with the grounding resistance not exceeding 10 ohms.
