2CY High-Pressure Gear Pump Structural Features:

The 2CY high-pressure gear pump is composed of components such as the pump body, cover, gears, bearing sleeves, and shaft end seals. The gears are all nitrided, offering high hardness and wear resistance, and are mounted together with the shaft inside the sleeve. All moving parts within the pump are lubricated by the medium they transport.

Four bearing sleeves are installed within the pump body, automatically adjusting the face clearance with the magnitude of the working pressure. Consequently, the pump maintains stable pressure, has minimal pulsation in output flow, and high volumetric efficiency.
