Variable Frequency Water Supply Equipment Working Principle
The variable-frequency water supply equipment uses a pressure tank system. It utilizes a sealed tank to achieve water supply by utilizing the pressure of high-pressure air and water inside the tank. The specific working sequence involves the pump pushing water through a check valve into the tank, compressing the tank's air and gradually increasing the pressure. When the pressure reaches the set upper limit, the electrical contact pressure gauge, through the control cabinet, automatically stops the pump. The water pressure in the equipment is higher than the pressure in the external pipeline network, and water is automatically supplied to the water supply network. When the water level in the tank drops and the internal gas expansion pressure decreases to the set lower limit, the electrical contact pressure gauge, through the control cabinet, restarts the pump. This process repeats, ensuring continuous water supply.
