OverviewThe G Series Single Screw Pump is a new type of pump that operates according to the reciprocating meshing volume principle. Its main working components are the eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed sleeve (stator).Suitable for conveying media with temperatures below 80°C (special requirements can reach 150°C). Due to the use of various elastic materials for the stator, this pump has distinctive features for conveying high-viscosity fluids, as well as media containing hard suspended particles or fibrous materials, which are not suitable for general pumps. Its flow rate is directly proportional to the speed. Transmission can be achieved through a coupling for direct drive, or by using a variable-speed motor, V-belt, transmission box, and other devices for speed variation.

Application ScopeEnvironmental Protection: Transportation of industrial wastewater, domestic wastewater, sludge with solid particles and short fibers, especially for oil-water separators and plate and frame press filter equipment. Shipbuilding Industry: Ring transportation for hull cleaning, oil-water, oil sludge, and oil wastewater.
Personal Care: Various thick pastes, emulsions, and a range of cosmetic food cans for the industry.
The industry of cement mortar, lime slurry, coatings, and paste spraying.
