Factory [153*7341*4170] Cangzhou Railway Concrete Guardrail in Stock (Factory Pre-fabricated) High-Speed Rail Cement Barrier Pricing
High-Speed Railway Bridge Underpass Protection Fence Application Range: This product is suitable for railway closures on dry bridges with pier heights of 3 meters or more under high-speed railway bridges.
Barbed wire roll cages, metal mesh security fences, reinforced security fences, and under-rail protection fences collectively constitute the main materials for the protection along the high-speed railway.
High-Speed Railway Bridge Underpass Protection Fence; Technical Standards:
General Reference Drawing for Railway Construction Engineering (Underpass Protection Fence, Continuous Line (2012) 8002).
2; Technical requirements for protective railing under high-speed railway bridges:
3; Reinforced concrete pillar metal mesh security fence, composed of pillars, mesh panels, and connecting parts, with a protective height of 1.8 meters.
4; Poles are prefabricated with C30 reinforced concrete, with a cross-sectional size of 120mm x 120mm and a height of 2.5m. Four 12mm diameter round holes are pre-drilled during prefabrication, and the poles are secured during installation by bolts connecting the side plates.
5; Metal mesh panels use Q235 rectangular tube frames, size 30mm*50mm, tube thickness 2.0mm; the internal mesh wires are made of HPB300 φ4.0mm high-strength cold-drawn steel wire, size 75mm*150mm.
6; Connector plates and bolts. The column connection plates and mesh connection plates are made of 90° bent Q235 steel plates with a thickness of 4.0mm, available in two types, A and B, depending on the installation location. Both the connector plates and bolts are made of Q235 steel and are galvanized, with a galvanized coating of 270g/m².
Precision requirements for the connector plate: Length tolerance ≤ 1.0mm, width tolerance ≤ 0.5mm, thickness tolerance ≤ 0.5mm, hole position deviation ≤ 1.0mm.
Barbed wire roll cages, metal mesh protective fences, reinforced security fences, and protective fences under railway bridges collectively constitute the main materials for the protection along the high-speed railway.
Railway guardrails are made from high-quality low-carbon steel wire welding, mainly divided into two types: galvanized guardrails and electroplated guardrails, which are constructed by connecting posts with mesh panels.
