Image specification: The rail fence is no longer the traditional welded wire mesh or razor wire fence, but a defensive, long-lasting option: reinforced concrete fence + a protective fence with 0.5-meter-high razor wire rolls. Detailed content as follows:
(1) The barbed wire roll cage is assembled by wrapping the blade wire around in circles, with adjacent circles connected by barbed wire connectors every 120°. When opened, it forms a snake-like net. Closed, the diameter of the blade wire circle is 50cm, and the spacing between each intersecting circle when opened is 20cm, with a diameter of no less than 45cm.
(2) The blade wire rope is formed by mechanically rolling cut steel plates onto steel wire. The blade width is 22mm, with a vertical spacing of 15mm between the two edges and a longitudinal spacing of 34mm between the blades. The core wire diameter is 2.5mm. The blades are made from 0.5mm thick Q195 steel plate, while the core wire is processed from HPB300 ø6.5mm high tensile steel wire.
(3) The barbed wire roll笼 is connected to the longitudinal reinforcing bars fixed on the支架 with barbed wire connectors. The connection between the reinforcing bars and the支架 utilizes ø2.5mm cold drawn galvanized steel wire twisted around twice and securely fastened. The支架 are set at the columns and mid-span of 3m protective fences, while other spans only have them at the top of the columns. The支架 and protective fence are connected using支架 clamps.
(4) The lower edge of the barbed wire roller cage is 0.05m vertically from the top edge of the reinforced concrete protective fence.

The protective fence at flat areas is constructed using a 2.2m high reinforced concrete barrier with a barbed wire roll. This fence offers good stability and is suitable for most regions, but it has poor climbing ability, with an unsuitable ground slope exceeding 12°. For slopes of 6° or less, the length of the fence units is 3.0m, while for slopes between 6° and 12°, the length is 1.59m.
The slope sections are equipped with a stepped concrete guardrail of 2.2m height, combined with a barbed wire roller cage. For slope sections with significant ground undulations and ground slopes exceeding 12°, where conventional reinforced concrete guardrails are no longer adaptable to the terrain changes, special guardrails are required to mitigate the issue of the lower rail being too high off the ground due to the increased slope.

Settlement form in sparsely populated areas: When railways pass through mountainous areas, deserts, etc., where there is no human or animal traffic year-round, the cost of setting up reinforced concrete guardrails is high and the utilization rate is low. In accordance with the principle of economic rationality, it is advisable to consider setting up 1.8m high reinforced concrete pillars with metal mesh guardrails in these areas.

Population-dense areas and special locations setup forms
For special locations such as those near villages and towns, densely populated areas, both ends of stations, and both sides of underpasses of elevated interchanges, consider using a 2.2-meter-high reinforced concrete guardrail with barbed wire rolls. Alternatively, individual designs for the guardrail structure can be adopted, with the strength enhanced, and the height not less than 2.7 meters.
