Assembly Regulations: The railway fence specifications have been revised from the previous welded wire mesh fence, razor wire mesh fence, and other products to a defensive, long-lasting option: reinforced concrete fence + a protective fence with a 0.5-meter-high razor wire roll cage. Detailed content as follows:
(1) The barbed wire cage is formed by wrapping the blade wire around a mandrel, with adjacent loops connected by barbed wire at 120° intervals using a connection clip. When opened, it forms a snake-like mesh. Closed, the diameter of the blade wire loop is 50cm, and the spacing between each crossed loop when opened is 20cm, with a diameter of no less than 45cm.
(2) The blade wire mesh is formed by mechanical rolling steel sheets onto steel wire. The blade width is 22mm, with a vertical spacing between the two edges of 15mm and a longitudinal spacing of the blades of 34mm. The core wire diameter is 2.5mm. The blades are cut from 0.5mm thick Q195 steel plate, while the core wire is processed from HPB300 ø6.5mm high-strength steel wire.
(3) The barbed wire cage is connected by barbed wire clips to the longitudinal reinforcing bars fixed on the support. The connection between the reinforcing bars and the support is secured by a ø2.5mm cold drawn galvanized steel wire wrapped around twice and then tightened. The supports are placed at the columns and mid-span of the 3m span protection fence, while other spans are only set at the top of the columns. The supports are connected to the protection fence with support clamps.
(4) The lower edge of the barbed wire roller cage is 0.05m vertically from the top edge of the reinforced concrete protective fence.
The prefabricated railway line guardrails should be transported to the site for installation in accordance with the "Railway Line Guardrail Management Method."
The gentle terrain is protected by a 2.2m high reinforced concrete fence with barbed wire rolls. This fence offers good stability and is suitable for most areas, though its climbing ability is poor, and the ground gradient should not exceed 12°. For gradients of 6° and below, the fence unit length is 3.0m, while for gradients between 6° and 12°, the fence unit length is 1.59m.
The slope area is equipped with a stepped concrete guardrail at a height of 2.2 meters, combined with a wire mesh roller form, suitable for slopes with significant ground undulations and slopes exceeding 12° where standard reinforced concrete guardrails are no longer adaptable to the terrain changes. Special guardrails are required to mitigate the issue of the lower rail being too high off the ground due to the increased slope gradient.

In accordance with the principle of economy and rationality, it is advisable to consider setting up 1.8-meter-high reinforced concrete pillars with metal mesh guardrails in these regions.

Population-dense areas and special locations' layout forms
For special locations near villages, densely populated areas, both ends of stations, and both sides of underpasses of elevated interchanges, a 2.2-meter-high reinforced concrete fence with barbed wire rolls can be considered. Alternatively, individual structural design can be adopted for the fence, with enhanced strength and a height not less than 2.7 meters.
