Artistic SkillBoilerThe WNS-type oil-gas boiler is a classic model developed by continuously optimizing and refining the design on the basis of advanced technology at home and abroad, featuring multiple patented technologies. To pursue high-quality craftsmanship, the company strictly adheres to national standards and international standards such as ISO, ASME, and TUV during the manufacturing process. To further enhance the thermal efficiency of the oil-gas boiler, the company has designed an optional flue gas condensing economizer, which utilizes ND steel material and vortex-enhanced heat exchange technology to recover a large amount of latent heat of water vapor in the flue gas, thereby achieving a thermal efficiency of over 95% and saving fuel consumption. All products are shipped as complete sets to ensure quick installation at the customer's site, requiring only water supply, gas supply, and electrical connection accessories, without any other building structures or special installation procedures. A series of tests and adjustments are carried out before the boiler is shipped to guarantee its quality. Product specifications include steam capacities of 0.5T, 1T, 2T, 3T, 4T, 6T, 8T, 10T, 15T, and 20T, and hot water capacities of 0.35MW, 0.7MW, 1.4MW, 2.1MW, 2.8MW, 5.6MW, 7MW, 10.5MW, and 14MW.

Structure Introduction:

The WNS type oil-gas fired boilers all adopt the internationally popular classic "full wet back three-pass" design structure. The design of the boiler increases the heating surface area inside the furnace. The combustion chamber utilizes a corrugated furnace tube with excellent elasticity, which is highly adaptable to thermal expansion and contraction, eliminating stress generated by the boiler's temperature changes. A large number of threaded flue pipes are used to enhance the heat transfer effect, prolonging the time the flue gas remains inside the furnace, ensuring thorough heat exchange and improving thermal efficiency. The bottom of the furnace body features a dynamic three-point drainage system, ensuring the quality of the boiler water and extending the service life of the boiler. The full wet back structure eliminates the need for frequent maintenance of the front and rear flue chambers, making the boiler safer and more reliable during use. The hot water boilers are also equipped with a combined return water device featuring a jet and a baffle to strengthen the water circulation near the tube plates in the high-temperature area, preventing the occurrence of hole bridging cracks.

Technical Features and Advantages:

(1) Heat transfer surface design

Boiler design incorporates increased heat transfer surface inside the furnace, utilizes a full-wavy combustion chamber, and employs a large number of threaded flue pipes, thereby enhancing heat transfer efficiency and extending the time of smoke gas retention within the furnace, ensuring thorough heat exchange. The heating surface design allows for over 30 square meters of heating area per ton of steam, fully guaranteeing the boiler's output and high thermal efficiency. It also boasts the capability to operate at a 10% overload of the rated load and maintain stable operation at a 30% load below the rated load. The good elasticity of the wavy furnace liner effectively adapts to thermal expansion and contraction, eliminating stresses caused by temperature changes in the boiler and preventing potential equipment damage.

(2) Full Wet Back Structure

The rear smoke chamber of the boiler employs a fully wet-back structure with water-cooled design, integrating water and fire in one design. The high-temperature flue gas is enveloped by the water space, effectively addressing the cooling and sealing issues of the smoke chamber, thus avoiding frequent maintenance of the smoke boxes and significantly reducing the number of accidents and maintenance work for the boiler, making the boiler operation safer and more reliable.

(3) Smoke Recirculation Triple Loop

The return burn chamber (furnace) of the heat transfer surface inside the boiler is located at the lower middle part of the boiler body; the third return path features a reversed flue tube assembly installed symmetrically on both sides of the combustion chamber, as it is situated in the low water level area, it incurs no radiant loss; the second return path flue tube assembly is positioned above the symmetric third return path flue tube assembly. The arrangement of this heat transfer surface has the following advantages: a large-capacity combustion chamber (furnace) ensures complete combustion of both gaseous and liquid fuels, uniform distribution of flue gas temperature reduces NOX emissions, and promotes clean and environmentally friendly operation.

The combustion chamber is designed in a low-lying layout, fully immersed in water. After the radiant heat transfer, the water inside the pot starts to convect, resulting in an instant movement. The water, subjected to a significant temperature difference, creates turbulence and forms natural convection. This drives the boiling steam upwards and the cold water downwards, creating a symmetrical circulation process that achieves heat transfer, ensuring uniform heating of the boiler.

The symmetrical arrangement of the boiler flue tubes on both sides ensures even thermal stress distribution, significantly extending the boiler's lifespan. This design not only maintains a larger water level safety margin but also effectively guarantees steam quality with low moisture content.

The bottom of the boiler forms a relatively "stable" alkalinity settling zone, facilitating daily waste discharge and making the boiler operation management easier.

(WNS series boiler smoke box and outer shell insulation)

The WNS series boiler smoke box features a hinged double-door design for easy access. Operators can effortlessly open the smoke box, facilitating cleaning of the flue pipes and maintenance. Both the front and rear smoke box doors are constructed with double-layer fire-resistant and insulating materials, ensuring good sealing and minimal heat loss. The bottom of the smoke box is equipped with a condensate water drainage system, which allows for easy expulsion of condensate water inside the box, preventing corrosion and damage due to accumulated condensate. A fire observation hole and inspection holes are located at the back of the boiler, while a manhole is situated on the boiler's top for convenient inspections. The outer shell insulation is made of stainless steel and thick ultra-fine glass wool to provide thermal insulation, reducing heat loss and ensuring energy-saving operation of the boiler.

(W) WNS Series Hot Water Boiler Return System

The WNS series hot water boilers are designed with a combination of a return water injection and baffle return water system. By utilizing the flow head pressure of the circulating water, it employs jet feed water to create a strong disturbance in the water side of the front tube plate in the boiler's re-burn chamber. This helps to remove the "superheated boiling" bubbles adhering to the tube plate wall surface, thereby cooling the metal wall more effectively. This solution addresses the long-existing issue of easy cracking in the inter-tube holes of the front tube plate in the re-burn chamber of this type of boiler, enhancing the safety of the boiler's operation.

Section 6: Energy Efficiency

To further enhance the boiler's thermal efficiency and reduce waste, we have designed an optional condensing flue gas waste heat recovery unit for our customers. The product utilizes double metal rolled finned tubes as the heat exchange tubes, with the base tube material being corrosion-resistant stainless steel pipe. The fin material is pure aluminum extruded into a solid shape, making it a new type of heat transfer element. The housing is made of ND (09CrCuSb) steel, with a service life of up to 40,000 hours. This unit employs an intermediate wall heat exchange principle, allowing the heated water to flow through the inside of the finned tubes while flue gas flows through the outside. Through convective heat exchange and partial condensation heat exchange, it can recover a significant amount of sensible and latent heat from the flue gas, thus serving as an energy-saving device. Installing this equipment can significantly reduce the exhaust gas temperature of the boiler, improve its thermal efficiency, and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.
