Product Introduction: Electric V-Type Ball Valve:
The V-ball valve core is designed with a V-shaped notch featuring a special switch, offering high flow capacity, minimal pressure loss, and both shutoff and control functions with an approximate percentage flow characteristic. The lifting and closing parts adopt a V-shaped ball cavity structure, completely resolving the issue of easy sedimentation of media in the valve cavity.
The V-type ball valve is a newly developed hard-sealed, PTFE-sealed regulating ball valve by our company. It features a movable valve seat structure with leaf spring loading, ensuring that the valve seat and ball will not experience issues such as jamming or disengagement, providing reliable sealing and a long service life.
Electrical V-type ball valve working principle:
The V-ball valve features a ball core structure with a V-shaped cutting edge. When closed, it can shear fibers and fine particles in the medium. Additionally, due to the gapless rotation between the ball core and the valve seat, it can self-clean debris on the ball and valve seat, maintaining a good seal between them. The V-ball valve employs a valve seat structure with spring or flat spring loading, which, thanks to the elastic restoring force of the spring/flat spring, ensures long-term good sealing performance between the ball core and the valve seat. Moreover, the spring-loaded movable structure of the valve seat allows for automatic adjustment to achieve a perfect fit with the ball core.

5. Exceptional regulation characteristics: The V-ball valve features an approximately linear flow characteristic and a high adjustable ratio of up to 300:1. Therefore, the V-valve provides control over a wide range of changes.
6. Superior Sealing of Metal Valve Seats: The V-ball valve utilizes a movable metal valve seat with self-compensating features, offering superior sealing performance and an exceptionally long service life. In the direction of flow, the leakage is ≤ 10-6 × rated flow coefficient.
7. Flow Volume: Due to its streamlined shape and full right-angle return control, the volume value is particularly high, with exceptional flow capacity and low flow resistance. Consequently, smaller, more economical, and practical valve sizes can be used.
8. Shearing Ability: The V-ball valve utilizes a metallic hard seal structure. During the rotation process, the V-notch of the ball valve core and the metallic valve seat generate a strong shearing force capable of cutting fibers and other impurities.
