100X Remote Control Float Valve Working Principle:
When the pipeline supplies water to the inlet of the remote-controlled float ball valve, since the needle valve 15, ball valve 14, and float ball valve 10 are normally open, the medium passes through needle valve 15 into the valve cover control chamber, then flows into the water tank through ball valve 14 and float ball valve 10. As the control chamber cannot form pressure, the entry pressure beneath the main valve disk lifts it, opening the main valve to supply a large volume of water to the tank. As the water level in the tank rises and the float ball rises, closing float ball valve 10, the water pressure in the valve cover control chamber gradually increases to close the main valve disk, thereby activating the automatic remote control function.
