This product is composed of copolymers, metal corrosion inhibitors, and surfactants. It can be produced with or without phosphorus to meet customer requirements, serving as a multifunctional corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor for power plants.
Section II: Product Features
This product reacts with divalent metal ions in water, preventing the settlement of water-insoluble substances and keeping crystals within a very fine particle size range, thereby enhancing solubility. Additionally, it possesses lattice distortion and low-limit inhibition properties, rendering it effective in preventing scaling and dispersing calcium carbonate deposits. It also forms a thin, dense protective film on copper surfaces, thereby preventing equipment corrosion. The corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor can be tailored to the specific operating conditions and requirements of the user by adjusting the formulation of the agent. Through both static and dynamic tests, the optimal agent scheme is determined to meet the on-site demands for safety, economy, environmental protection, and long-term stable operation.
Section 3: Product Applications
This product is primarily suitable for chemical treatment of circulating cooling water in power plants. It exhibits significant effectiveness in preventing scaling and dezincification corrosion on copper and metal in high concentration and high pH conditions. It has a wide pH range of 6.5 to 9.5, offering excellent scale and corrosion inhibition; its maximum carbonate concentration reaches 12.5 mmol/L.

Section 4: Application Methods
The dosage during normal operation, based on on-site working conditions, is generally 5 to 20 mg/L; the addition method is a continuous 24-hour addition.
V. Cautionary Notes
This product is slightly acidic. During operation, labor protection should be observed, and contact with skin and eyes should be avoided. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
Section 6: Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in plastic drums, 25kg per drum. Store in a dry indoor location; shelf life is one year.
