The CS401 hard alloy grinding fluid is composed mainly of lubricants, rust inhibitors, and stabilizers, widely used in various grinding processes of hard alloys. It offers lubrication, rust prevention, corrosion resistance, and cooling effects. This product boasts excellent lubricity and short-term rust prevention effectiveness.
2. Performance Features
2.1 Lubrication: Extends tool life and enhances the brightness of the machined parts.
2.2 Rust Prevention: Offers excellent rust resistance for both steel and cast iron components, capable of completely replacing intermediate rust prevention processes.
2.3 Economy: Can be diluted up to 20 times for great cost-effectiveness.
2.4 Safety: This product is non-corrosive to machine tools, steel, iron parts, and skin, meets environmental protection requirements, and does not pollute the environment.
4. Application Scope
Primarily used for lubricating and dissipating heat during the grinding process of hard alloy, as well as for short-term rust prevention.
5. Usage Instructions
5. Add CS401 hard alloy grinding fluid to the machine tool's grinding fluid tank, then mix with 20 times the amount of clean water and stir well before use.
5.2 In use, the grinding fluid may become dirty due to continuous contamination. It should be cleaned promptly when excessive iron filings accumulate. If the cutting fluid turns black or produces an odor, it should be drained and replaced. Depending on the amount of cutting work, the cutting fluid needs to be drained and refreshed every 3 months or so. When refilling, use the hard alloy grinding fluid concentrate.
5.3 When updating the 5.3 emissions, if the cutting fluid tank bottom is heavily soiled, it should be cleaned thoroughly to prevent contamination of the new fluid.
6. Cautionary Notes
6.1 Store at room temperature between 0-40℃.
6.2 If the prepared grinding fluid is left unused in the machine tool for an extended period, it should be replaced after more than 3 months.
6.3 Due to higher summer temperatures, the usage cycle and rust prevention period of the abrasive coolant will be shorter than during other seasons. Please pay attention when using it.
