  Operation Instructions：

1. We recommend thoroughly cleaning and changing the water in the tank before using any chemicals. This will enhance the results. After changing the water, use soda ash to adjust the water quality to a pH range of 8-10, with a dosage of approximately 1.5-2.0 kg of sodium hydroxide per ton of water.

2. After changing the water, add Paint Mist Coagulant A daily in the morning to the fast-moving water in the spray booth (i.e., at the spray booth's water pump motor); continue normal production and painting after adding the medication. Before leaving work, add Paint Mist Coagulant B to the usual paint sludge collection area (i.e., the paint sludge pool). After work, simply remove the floating paint sludge.

 3. Additive Ratio: The ratio of paint remover to suspension additive is 1:1. Add 1 kilogram each time the paint quantity in the spray room's circulating water reaches 20-25 kilograms of diluted paint. (This ratio is an estimated value, and the actual amount should be slightly adjusted based on the on-site conditions, paint type, and viscosity. This is because the original adsorbed old paint blocks in the spray room's pipeline will consume some water, so the initial dosage should be slightly higher.) Product detail image display
