The normal process of outsourcing irradiated products: 1. Provide the initial bacteria and post irradiation microbial standards of the product, and the irradiation engineer sets the corresponding irradiation dose through these parameters. 2. Then the product is subjected to dose irradiation to test whether the performance changes of the product are suitable for this process. 3. The product provides a full box of finished products for dose distribution to ensure that the sterilization standard can be achieved within the entire box. 4. In the product tolerance dose test, when the high point dose is obtained from the dose distribution, we also need to evaluate the performance impact of this high point dose. 5. After meeting the above standards, sign an irradiation processing contract with the irradiation company. During the agreed delivery period, fill out the external irradiation form and send the product together to the irradiation company. Open the irradiation sterilization processing form and payment form, and the irradiation company will process the product according to internal procedures. Before processing, it is necessary to paste irradiation color changing labels and irradiation labels according to customer requirements. After completing the irradiation, issue an irradiation sterilization report, and then notify the customer to pay for the relevant irradiation report, processing commission form, and receipt.
