Single abrasive belt wheel structure machine: Adjacent abrasive belt wheels rotate at high speed in opposite directions, the entire assembly rotates at low speed and moves left and right, removing residual burrs and rounding corners from the workpiece through grinding, brushing, sweeping, and abrading actions. By replacing consumables of different grit sizes, different surface finishing requirements are achieved. Adjusting the different downward pressure results in different cutting quantity processes. Surface roughness Ra0.5-2.5, R angle 0.2-1.5, cutting quantity 1-20um, with adjustable and controllable precision.
2. The combined equipment consists of a sand belt and a sanding wheel. The sand belt rotates at high speed and quickly moves, grinding the workpiece surface to remove burrs and slag, resulting in a smooth finish. Then, the sanding wheel head is used to remove sharp edges and round off corners.
3. The sanding wheel head is made of soft material, allowing it to extend into the workpiece's grooves and holes to remove burrs without affecting the surface precision. For sheet materials with a surface film, it only removes burrs at the edges of the holes without damaging the film.
