Key Features Description
1. Steel shaft belts (rolls/packs) feature an elastic structure for the steel shaft, which flexibly conforms to the workpiece end face during high-speed operation, knocking and cutting away slag, causing it to break and fall off. Compared to traditional sand belt grinding methods, this process provides a more thorough and clean slag removal, with consumption costs less than one-tenth, and is more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. The sand belt runs at high speed, pressing against the workpiece end face through an elastic pressure wheel, removing burrs and sharp edges. The flexible contact with the workpiece reduces sand belt wear.
2. The abrasive blocks are made of flexible material, tightly adhering to the workpiece face for high-speed operation to trim the sharp edges. The soft abrasive blocks can be inserted into the凹槽孔洞of the workpiece to remove burrs and round off the corners.
The equipment is independently researched, developed, and manufactured by Wanchuang Company. Wanchuang holds complete proprietary intellectual property rights. The overall machine has been patented and imitation is strictly prohibited.
