Key Features Description
1. Steel shaft belts (edged/disc) feature elastic structures, flexibly fitting to the workpiece end face for high-speed operation. They knock and cut away slag, causing it to shatter and fall off. Compared to traditional sand belt polishing methods, this method offers a more thorough and clean slag removal, with consumption costs less than one-tenth, and greater energy-saving and environmental protection. The sand belt, through an elastic pressure wheel, fits to the workpiece end face for high-speed operation, grinding away burrs, and its flexible contact with the workpiece reduces sand belt wear.
2. Abrasive blocks are made of flexible material, closely adhering to the workpiece face for high-speed operation to trim sharp edges of the workpiece. Soft abrasive blocks can be inserted into the workpiece's grooves and holes to remove burrs and round off corners.
The equipment is independently researched, developed, and manufactured by WanChuang Company. WanChuang holds complete proprietary intellectual property rights. The entire machine has been patented and imitation is strictly prohibited.
