Key Features Description
1. Steel shaft belts (rolls/units) feature an elastic structure for the work position steel shaft, which flexibly fits to the workpiece end face for high-speed operation, knocking and cutting away slag, facilitating its fragmentation and removal. Compared to traditional sand belt grinding methods, this process results in a more thorough and clean slag removal, with consumption costs reduced to less than one-tenth and greater energy efficiency and environmental protection. The sand belt, operating at high speed with elastic pressure wheels, grinds the workpiece end face, removing sharp edges and burrs, and its flexible contact with the workpiece minimizes sand belt wear.
2. Abrasive blocks are made of flexible material, tightly adhering to the workpiece face for high-speed operation to trim sharp edges. Soft abrasive blocks can extend into the workpiece's grooves and holes to remove burrs and round off corners.
The equipment is independently researched, developed, and manufactured by WanChuang Company, which holds complete proprietary intellectual property rights. The entire machine is patented and unauthorized imitation is prohibited.
