Single Sanding Wheel Structural Machine: Adjacent sanding wheels rotate at high speed in both directions, with the entire assembly rotating at a low speed and moving left and right. Through actions such as grinding, brushing, sweeping, and abrading, it removes the remaining burrs on the workpiece and rounds off the corners. By replacing materials with different grits, different surface finish requirements are achieved. Adjusting the different downward pressure yields different cutting quantities. Surface roughness Ra0.5-2.5, R angle 0.2-1.5, cutting quantity 1-20um, precision adjustable and controllable.
2. The combo machine features a sand belt and sand wheel combination structure. The sand belt rotates at high speed and rapidly moves, grinding the workpiece surface to remove burrs and slag, resulting in a smooth finish. Then, the sand wheel head is used to remove sharp edges and round off corners.
3. The sanding wheel head is made of soft material, allowing it to reach into workpiece grooves and holes to remove burrs without affecting the surface accuracy. For materials with surface film, it only removes burrs at the edges of holes without damaging the film.
