Key Features Description
1. Steel shaft belts (rolls/packs) feature an elastic structure for the steel shaft, which flexibly conforms to the workpiece end face during high-speed operation, knocking and cutting away slag, causing it to break and fall off. Compared to traditional sand belt grinding methods, this process removes slag more thoroughly and cleanly, with consumption costs less than one-tenth, and is more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. The sand belt operates at high speed, pressing against the workpiece end face through an elastic pressure wheel, smoothing out burrs and sharp edges. The flexible contact with the workpiece reduces sand belt wear.
2. Abrasive blocks are made of flexible material, gently adhering to the workpiece face and running at high speed to trim sharp edges. Soft abrasive blocks can be inserted into workpiece grooves and holes to remove burrs and round off corners.
The equipment is independently researched, developed, and manufactured by Wanchuang Company. Wanchuang holds full proprietary intellectual property rights. The entire machine has been patented and unauthorized imitation is prohibited.
Application Scope:
Medium-thickness steel plate metal sheet flame (plasma) cutting workpieces descaling, deburring, and rounding corners.
