C50715 imported phosphor bronze is a connector material that combines excellent workability, strength, elasticity, and conductivity. C50715 (KLF5) is a copper alloy material that incorporates small amounts of Fe, P, and Sn into electrolytic copper. It is a hot-rolled low-tin bronze, with Fe-P compounds that offer higher strength and conductivity compared to phosphor bronze, making it an improved material for high-cost low-tin bronzes. Material features: 1. Higher heat resistance, about 100°C more than phosphor bronze. 2. Conductivity is 40-50% higher than brass and bronze. 3. Good solderability and electroplating properties. 4. Higher resistance to stress corrosion than phosphor bronze. 5. Strength is almost equivalent to phosphor bronze. Applications: terminals for automotive electronics, small terminals for civil and mechanical equipment, and connection strips for lithium battery cells.
The company offers a variety of high-performance copper alloys to numerous manufacturers of automotive electronic connectors, sensors, relays, controllers, etc., along with one-stop services including strip processing, special profile processing, surface treatment, and waste material recycling.
