Introduction to Wind Turbine Gearbox Filter Core: Primarily used for filtering hydraulic systems in wind turbine generators, it is designed for pressure oil filtering in hydraulic and lubrication systems, removing solid particles and gel-like substances from the working medium, effectively controlling the contamination level of the system and ensuring safe operation. Wind turbine gearbox filter element introduction:
The gearbox filter cores are divided into two stages: the primary filter core is made of 10-micron imported glass fiber composite filter paper, and the secondary filter core is made of 50-micron grid stainless steel metal mesh for high filtration accuracy. They are constructed from a single or multiple-layer metal mesh and filter material, with the number of layers and mesh count depending on different operating conditions and applications. They feature high concentricity, high pressure resistance, and good straightness, made of stainless steel without any burrs, ensuring a long service life.
Wind turbine gearbox filter cores are mainly suitable for closed-loop hydraulic systems, filtering out metal particles and rubber impurities from the wear of various components in the closed-loop oil fluid, keeping the system's oil clean, and effectively extending the service life of hydraulic pumps and other system components. (2) Gearbox filter cores do not have a sedimentation channel, ensuring that accumulated pollutants are removed along with the filter core during replacement, preventing the re-entry of pollutants into the oil tank during filter replacement. Full-flow filtration through the return oil system can remove dust from assembly, maintenance, wear, or external intrusion, enhancing the cleanliness of the system's hydraulic fluid, thereby protecting the hydraulic pump and ensuring system reliability.
