Material of dust filter cartridges:
Filter media sourced from domestic and imported coated polyester nonwoven materials (which can be treated for oil, water, static electricity, and flame retardancy), polyester long-fiber filter paper, glass fiber materials, etc., using international advanced wide pleat folding technology, with even gaps.
2. End caps of the filter cartridges are made from 8mm or thicker stainless steel plate stamping (resistant to deformation), and the bonding area between the end caps and filter material uses a special polyurethane foam adhesive (ensuring a tight and seamless connection between the end caps and filter material).
3. Both internal and external support structures are made of 5mm or thicker high-strength, corrosion-resistant perforated stainless steel plates, providing ample support to prevent filter cartridges from being blown apart or burst, as well as from collapsing.
4. The connection between the filter cartridge and the slider is sealed with a low-hardness, high-strength foam gasket to ensure no dust leakage, with a filtration accuracy up to 99.9%.
5. The internal and external mesh, along with the internal filter material, are secured using an advanced international automatic spiral vulcanizing machine (or with a tie strap), ensuring uniform treatment air volume and filter area for easy pulse jet cleaning by the electromagnetic pulse valve.
