The agglomeration filter core, as a primary filter in the filtration separator, serves two functions:
Aggregate dispersed emulsified droplets into larger droplets.
2 Filter particle pollutants.
Our polycondensation filter cores are made with advanced, custom polycondensation materials from overseas.GexinRemove impurities such as moisture, alkali solutions, and water-soluble organic acids from oil.
Operating Principle:
Material flows from inside to outside through the coalescing filter core, first passing through a high-precision filtration layer. Solid particles are intercepted by multi-layer filter materials, achieving the purpose of removing particulate contaminants. The removal of particulate contaminants also facilitates the subsequent demulsification and coalescence functions of the filter core. The filtered material then enters the demulsification and coalescence layer, where impurities in the material are demulsified. After demulsification, the liquid enters the coalescence layer. The working mechanism of the coalescence layer involves tiny droplets contacting and adhering to fibers. Under the action of the fluid, they move along the fibers and at the intersection points, coalesce with other tiny droplets to form larger water droplets.
Large droplets are carried to the outer surface of the filter core, where, due to their higher density than hydrocarbons, they separate from the liquid hydrocarbons under the force of gravity and settle into the collecting trough at the bottom of the separator. The larger the water droplets coalesce, the better the oil-water separation effect.
Product Features
The filter cores are produced using internationally recognized agglomeration materials, ensuring superior technical performance, high dirt-holding capacity, and long service life. The agglomeration materials feature a composite structure with layered agglomeration, gradually increasing the size of tiny droplets, thereby significantly enhancing the filter cores' dehydration capability and working lifespan. The agglomeration materials are bonded with resins and processes, preventing short circuits or fiber shedding even under high flow rates and strong pressure pulsations. Oil and water-resistant adhesives ensure the cores' ends are securely and reliably bonded, with tight and sealed filter material joints. All metal materials in the filter cores undergo corrosion-resistant surface treatment, guaranteeing that the cores remain unaffected by corrosion throughout their effective lifespan and during normal storage.
