The Coal Powder Sampler is used for regular coal powder sampling on the primary coal powder pipeline of direct blowing mill systems, produced by Lianyungang Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing.

The Coal Powder Sampler is a custom-designed professional automated sampling equipment tailored for the coal powder sampling issue in the direct-blown coal powder system of thermal power plants. Relying on the isosceles annular area sampling method, the collected samples are representative.

Section 3: Principle of Operation for Coal Powder Sampling Device

The direct blowing powder system regularly takes coal powder samples from the coal and powder pipeline. Due to equipment wear and coal type changes, the fineness of the coal powder can vary significantly, affecting the economic operation of the boiler. Therefore, the results of regular coal powder fineness sampling and testing are used as the basis for timely adjusting the opening of the separator's directional gate and replacing worn-out equipment components. This product uses compressed air for automatic blowing and a vacuum pump for automatic sampling to avoid clogging at the sampling port and facilitate sampling. The sampling speed is controlled by adjusting the pressure of the compressed air. This ensures a more accurate coal powder fineness value. The sampling tube moves forward or backward at a constant speed to achieve comprehensive sampling of the equal circular area inside the pipeline, ensuring the representativeness of the collected samples.
