I. Usage
The dosing unit is primarily used in industries such as thermal power plants, oil, chemical, environmental protection, and water supply systems to add phosphates, ammonia, and methylene blue in the steam drums, ensuring the normal operation of boilers.
Section II: Equipment Structure Composition
The dosing unit typically consists of configurations such as two-pump in one box, three-pump in two boxes, four-pump in three boxes, etc., with one unit in operation as a backup. Its structure is mainly composed of three parts:
Part one consists of the mechanical section, primarily composed of the raw liquid tank, dilute liquid mixer, metering pump, pipeline valves, platform brackets, and fences, etc.
2. The second part is the electrical control section, mainly consisting of mixers, level gauges, electrical components, control cabinets, and wires and cables.
3. The third section includes pipeline valve equipment, such as pressure gauges, check valves, safety valves, pipes, manual valves, filters, and pulse dampers.
III. Dosage Form
Dosage forms include: adding phosphate to boiler water, ammonia to condensate, ammonia to feed water, and adding hydrazine, etc.
Section 4: Order Instructions
1. Order system for several boxes and several pumps.
2. Steam drum pressure grade.
3. Flow and pressure.
