Process Flow

Raw material selection (animal feces, etc.) - Mix ingredients - High-temperature composting and fermentation of microorganisms - Semi-finished product screening and crushing - Granulation - Drying - Cooling and screening - Weighing and sealing - Product storage.
The complete set of equipment mainly consists of fermentation system, granulation system, drying and cooling system, deodorization and dust removal system, and finished product packaging system; the fermentation system includes feed conveyor, mixer, aerator, oxygen supply system, and automatic control system, etc. The construction scale is generally 10,000 to 50,000 tons per year.
Consider local resources, market capacity, and market coverage radius. Typically, for newly established small factories, annual production of 10,000 tons (1.4 tons/hour), 20,000 tons (2.8 tons/hour), or 30,000 tons (4.2 tons/hour) is advisable. Medium-sized factories should aim for an annual production of 30,000 to 50,000 tons, while large factories should produce between 50,000 to 200,000 tons annually.
The scale of investment and the design of the product scheme should be formulated based on the following conditions: characteristics of raw material resources, local soil conditions, local planting structure and main crop varieties, factory site conditions, and the degree of production automation.
