Principle of Operation for Pig Manure Dewatering Machine
Pig manure is processed by pumping the slurry through a non-clogging slurry pump to the main unit. It is then pushed forward to the main unit by a squeezing spiral auger. The moisture in the material is squeezed out through a mesh screen under the action of the belt filter, draining out through the drain pipe. The separator continuously pushes the slurry forward to the main unit, causing the pressure in front of the main unit to increase continuously. Once it reaches a certain level, the discharge opening is pushed open, squeezing out through the extrusion outlet to achieve the purpose of extrusion. The working efficiency and moisture content can be adjusted according to customer requirements by the counterweights under the main unit.
