Cost of investment for organic fertilizer production line:
1. Factory: At least 500 square meters, including fermentation pit area, raw material manure storage area, finished organic fertilizer processing and packaging area, and finished organic fertilizer storage area, etc. The factory does not require high-quality materials, but the height must be at least 5 meters, with construction costs of about 350 yuan per square meter.
2. Poultry and Livestock Manure Fermentation: Construct a larger-scale manure treatment station in a centralized breeding area (using one machine across multiple tanks). Capable of processing over 12 tons of poultry and livestock manure daily, equipped with a 3M span compost turner, single unit price: 26,000 RMB/set; build a 300-500 square meter clear greenhouse, with several fermentation tanks inside (cost varies based on local materials and circumstances).
The fermented organic waste is magnetically separated after processing, then weighed and mixed with binder and other required components according to the proportion. The mixture is lifted by a bucket elevator and rapidly blended in a multi-axis blender. After thorough mixing, the material is discharged into a mixing bin, where it is evenly and continuously fed into an extruder to form cylindrical particles. These cylindrical particles are polished and rounded into spherical particles by a round granule polishing and shaping machine, and then conveyed to a combined dryer, cooler, and separator (a three-in-one machine) by a belt conveyor.
Pellets are dried at the front end of the drying and cooling screening machine at low temperature and high airflow (≤65℃), then enter the cooling section for air cooling. After sufficient cooling, the material is fed into a sieve at the end of the drum to separate the finished product particles, which are then conveyed to the finished product storage by a hoist. The material is weighed and packaged by the packaging system before being stored. The large particles separated out are crushed and returned to the blending granulation system; the small particles (essentially free of powder) can be packaged into small units for direct sale.
