Granulator
Organic fertilizer granulator is a type of granulator used for granulating various fermented organic materials. It breaks through the conventional granulation process of organic materials, as it does not require drying or crushing the raw materials before granulation. Direct blending allows for the production of spherical granules, thereby saving a significant amount of energy.
This machine is suitable for granulating organic waste fertilizers, including animal feces and urine, compost, green manure, marine fertilizers, cake fertilizers, peat moss, soil mixed fertilizers, three wastes, and microbial fertilizers from urban domestic waste. The particles are irregularly spherical. The machine achieves an impressive granulation rate of over 80-90%. It accommodates various different formulations, with compressive strength of organic fertilizers exceeding that of disc and drum granulators, and a large particle rate below 15%. The uniformity of particle size can be adjusted according to customer requirements through the machine's stepless speed adjustment feature. This machine is ideal for granulating organic fertilizers directly after fermentation, saving the drying process and significantly reducing production costs.

Disc Pelletizer
The Organic Fertilizer Disc Granulator operates on the principle of an integrated circular arc structure at the disk angle, achieving a granulation rate of over 93%. A water spray device is installed above the disc granulator to emit a mist. Materials are continuously fed into the rotating disk via a belt conveyor or other equipment. As the disk rotates, the materials are brought to the top. They then fall to the bottom of the disk. The addition of the mist-like water causes the materials to gradually form granules as they rotate and fall. Over time, the granules grow larger. The disc granulator is designed with an angle adjustment mechanism. Users can determine the angle of the disk based on the desired granule size. The disk angle is typically adjustable between 35°-50°. The granules that meet the specifications float above the inclined disk. As the disk rotates, the granules are ejected along the tangent direction and fall into the feed opening of the belt conveyor, advancing to the next stage.

The Organic Fertilizer Drum Granulator operates by uniformly mixing the raw materials according to the formula and adding them in a measured quantity into the drum granulator, while steam is sprayed in. The granulation process, involving chemical reactions, is completed as the drum continuously rotates. It is also suitable for cold water granulation with additional water to increase humidity, and is currently a more advanced organic fertilizer granulating equipment.
