The engine head is made of cast steel, with the main shaft treated with 45# steel quenching for durability and strength.
Roller skins are customizable, made of high-chromium 13 material, with a surface treatment for excellent corrosion and wear resistance.
High production capacity, up to 1.5t/h output per hour.
High sphericity rate of up to 95%, low wear, and high efficiency.

Advantages of Extrusion Granulation:
1) Energy-saving and Consumption Reduction - Granulation by extrusion is performed at room temperature, eliminating the need for fuel, gas, and other drying measures compared to other methods.
2) No additional adhesive is needed. The domestic production method for compound fertilizers is steam granulation. Water vapor condenses and crystallizes between the material molecules, acting as a binder during the granulation process. However, it is necessary to remove water from the interior and surface of the particles during the drying process, or they may stick together and clog during storage. In contrast, dry granulation does not require any additional additives, simply utilizing the intermolecular forces of the material itself, thereby simplifying the process and reducing energy consumption.
3) Lower Investment: Due to the elimination of the drying process and a lower return material ratio (about 15% of the total feed amount to the extruder), the process is simple, resulting in lower investment.
4) Flexible raw material composition – The granulation production route is relatively broad, with over 20 types of materials successfully used in granulation extrusion: ammonium nitrate, urea, ammonium chloride, calcium nitrate, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, etc.
