Process Flow
Primarily, the material, which includes animal feces (cow, sheep, pig, chicken), sludge, biosolids, straw, and corn stalks, etc., after fermentation and composting, results in organic waste with a moisture content of approximately 30%-35%. This organic waste is then crushed and sifted, mixed with binders (bentonite, humic acid) and other required components in accordance with the specified proportions within the batching mixing system.
Bio-organic fertilizer can be produced by adding functional bacteria; organic-inorganic fertilizer can be produced by adding nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (total nutrient content less than 15%). The ingredients are mixed, and the uniformly mixed material is continuously fed into the granulator by a belt conveyor. The material is rounded into spherical granules by a polishing and shaping machine, then dried at low temperature with high air volume (≤65℃) in a dryer, followed by cooling and screening. The finished granules are transported to the finished product storage by a belt conveyor, and then weighed and packaged using a computerized quantitative packaging system before being stored.
