Operating Principle
The principle of operation for this series of granulating machines is as follows: driven by the main motor, the belt and belt pulley transmit power to the drive shaft through a reducer. The drive shaft is equipped with a split-type gear that engages with a large gear ring fixed to the machine body, working in opposite directions. Materials are added at the feeding end and pass through the cylinder. Special structures within the cylinder process the material into granules, which are then discharged through the outlet. Continuous feeding and the continuous rotation of the granulating machine enable large-scale production.
