Polymethyl methacrylate (POM) material, also known as polyoxymethylene, is commonly referred to as "POM," "Sai Gang," or "Te Ling." It is a high crystalline polymer composed of crystalline thermoplastic resins with the main structural unit (-CH2-O-). POM encompasses homopolymers formed by the molecular chains of polyoxymethylene derived from formaldehyde, as well as copolymers formed by trioxane, ethylene oxide, and others. It boasts smooth and glossy surfaces, low water absorption, dimensional stability, wear resistance, high strength, excellent self-lubricating properties, good coloring ability, and resistance to oil and peroxides. As a highly crystalline polymer, POM has a high elastic modulus, high hardness, and high rigidity. It can operate within a temperature range of 40-100℃.Long-term use. Additionally, it withstands multiple repetitive impacts with minimal strength variation, and its strength is minimally affected by temperature and temperature changes. POM is a thermoplastic material with excellent fatigue resistance and minimal creep. Used for...Washing machine, juicer timers and components, handlebars, electric windows, and parts; mechanical components, gears, handles, screws, toys, etc.
