Polysulfone is a high-rigidity white powder polymer with crystalline structure (crystallinity 55%-65%), exhibiting excellent heat resistance (continuous use temperature up to 240°C), mechanical strength, rigidity, flame retardancy, electrical properties, and dimensional stability. It boasts superior creep resistance and flame retardancy. It has self-extinguishing properties, reaching UL94V-0 rating. It maintains good electrical properties under high temperatures and humidity. It has good flowability, is easy to mold, and has minimal shrinkage voids or surface defects during molding. It has good affinity with various inorganic fillers. Its development has narrowed the gap between standard thermoplastic materials (e.g., PA, POM, PET) and high-performance engineering plastics.Used for housings, structural components, parts, and sealing materials, including items such as pump casings, impellers, valves, bearings, bearing supports, piston rings, gears, pulleys, fans, flowmeter components, flanges, swivels, counters, and levels.
