PA6 is a milky white or faintly yellow transparent to opaque, keratinous crystalline polymer.Excellent in properties, self-lubricating, and high mechanical strength. However, it has high water absorption, resulting in poor dimensional stability.PA6 maintains strong strength and rigidity even at higher temperatures. Its moisture absorption, primarily influenced by material composition, wall thickness, and environmental conditions, remains after molding. During product design, it's crucial to consider the impact of moisture absorption on geometric stability. To enhance the mechanical properties of PA66, various modifiers are often added. Glass is a common additive, and synthetic rubbers like EPDM and SBR are sometimes included to improve impact resistance. PA6 has low viscosity, which contributes to excellent flowability, allowing for the processing of very thin components. Its viscosity is highly sensitive to temperature changes. For machinery, instruments, automotive parts, electronic electrical, rail, home appliances, communication, textile machinery, sports and leisure goods, oil pipes, fuel tanks, and various engineering products.
